Manufacture and supply of solar monitoring kiosks

Natural Resources Wales is the largest Welsh Government Sponsored Body and is responsible for making sure that the environment and natural resources of Wales are sustainably maintained, sustainably enhanced and sustainably used, now and in the future.The Hydrometry & Telemetry team in South East Wales requires a number of solar powered kiosks to improve resilience of remote flood warning stations across the network, and to reduce the carbon footprint of the South East Hydrometry and Telemetry team and therefore contributing towards both NRW and Welsh Government carbon neutral policies.Natural Resources Wales is looking for a supplier who can supply 34 units to the following specification:-The kiosks will need to be no larger than 1.7m high x 0.5m deep x 0.7m wide-can house telemetry equipment used for monitoring hydrometric data-have integrated solar panels with regulators included-the kiosks will be preferably made of GRP-be secure enough to prevent opportunistic vandalism-include 12 months warranty for faulty goods-all units to be delivered before 28th February 2018This is supply only, as they will be installed in-house. The colour can be agreed post award.
