On behalf of the Welsh Government, the North Wales Economic Regional Team wishes to engage a partner to carry out a piece of work to support the regional economic recovery from COVID-19.This brief outlines the scope for two key components:1.1Desktop Research: an evidence-based piece of research to determine the current economic situation in North Wales, through Identifying major private sector companies within each North Wales local authority area (no more than top 20%) based on employee number (augmented by business turnover if possible) from available database / information sources.
