Marble Arch Mound (MAM or the Mound) is a temporary installation of a viewing platform, landscaping, pathway and staircase, and other associated works, at Marble Arch for a period of six months.. This procurement was to appoint a Service Provider to operate and manage the showcase event of the Marble Arch Mound. This includes but is not limited to event security, meet and greet staffing and marshalling, communications and public relations, cleaning and staff welfare facilities, management and coordination of the visitor experience, stewarding, security, services at the Mound
