This is an open tender where upon award, the conditions of contract are the core clauses and the clauses for main Option A, dispute resolution Option W2 and secondary Options X2, and Y(UK)2 and Z of the NEC3 Professional Services Contract April 2013 and as further amended by Schedule 1 of the Call-off Agreement. The project is to provide supplementary geotechnical information and provide groundwater monitoring wells to facilitate a groundwater quality assessment. Ground investigation boreholes are required primarily to install groundwater monitoring wells but also to obtain geotechnical information to supplement that obtained during previous investigations.
