The Scope of Work comprises the procurement, construction, commissioning and handover of a 2-storey school to accommodate Teaching Classrooms, WCs, staff and administration space, (Approximately 9 657 m2 GIA). In addition the works will also include demolition of existing school (Approximately 2 787 m2 GIA) extensive external works, access roads, landscaping works and incoming services.The new school is intended to be built on an existing sports field site bordered 1 side by the Duke of Northumberland River and in close proximity to Heathrow Airport.
