NCH is starting to build new homes across Newport. We are putting together an ambitious programme for a mixed tenure programme and want to meet the needs of our current and future residents. In order to do this effectively we need some accurate and up to date market information. We are looking for information to include: local need and demand for each tenure type; the optimal unit size and bed size, financial and values information.
