Newport City Council has been successful in securing Heritage Lottery 'Development Stage' Funding, for the restoration of the historic Market Arcade in Newport - the second oldest surviving Arcade in Wales. The Council is inviting interest from appropriately qualified, experienced and resourced Conservation Architects to provide and lead the team that will deliver all requirements associated with the submission of a comprehensive stage 2 'Delivery Stage' application by 31st December 2017.
