Cheshire East Council is looking to host market engagement meetings prior to procuring two contracts for therevenues and benefits departments print and postal services. Draft Specifications, available meeting slots and supporting documentsare available on The Chest e-tendering portal at: www.the-chest.org.uk - Project ID DN432206. Each session will be no longer than 45minutes and consist of a presentation and question and answer session.The presentation should include; showcasing of your document design and graphic services, reference your understanding of the variousnotices issued to Council Tax and Business Rates debtors, reference to nudge theory, suggested amendments/improvements to our payment reminder notice (to make clearer and more customer friendly) and examples ofwork undertaken with other Local Authorities and the outcome. The meeting will consist of a panel of staff thatare representing, Council Tax, Business Rates, Benefits and Systems Services. Deadline for interest is the 20/09/19 or when all slots have been filled as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The Council intends to procure in early 2020, but makes no guarantees that this PIN will result in a procurementas requirements may change. This is not a pre-qualification/selection process, but an opportunity for the Councilto explore options available in the market.
