NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group is inviting providers of Domiciliary Care Services for Adults eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare including Fast Track to attend a Market Engagement Event on Wednesday 25th August 2021 from 13:00-14:30, The service will be provided for people (Service Users) who have been determined by the Commissioner as having an NHS-funded continuing care entitlement., The objective of the service is personalised care that is safe and promotes a good quality of life, meets assessed needs and contributes to the outcomes identified for each individual Service User.
