This PIN is connected to the previously published PIN, reference number 2016/S 106-189391 published on 3.6.2016. Network Rail, Transport for London and High Speed Two Limited (the Authorities) are intending to collaboratively procure an industry Health & Safety Passport System (HSPS). The purpose of this PIN is to provide an update to the market and to request feedback from the market by the completion and return of a Market Engagement Questionnaire. This PIN is not a call for competition and is not published to reduce time limits for the receipt of tenders. The Authorities reserve the right not to commence any procurement or award in respect of this opportunity. The Authorities are intending to publish a Contract Notice at a later date to request expressions of interest. Failure to register an interest in connection with this PIN shall not prevent any supplier/economic operator from participating in any formal procurement of HSPS.
