Market Engagement - Housing 21 - Broadband Lines
Descriptions
Housing 21 wishes to conduct a market engagement exercise to inform our final specification draft, ready for a live tender scheduled for early 2026. Broadband Lines provide Housing 21 with connectivity for all our IT services including Internet access/Wi-Fi, telephony, printing etc. Housing 21 currently have over 1200 fixed broadband lines across approximately 700 sites within England.
The following areas have been identified as key areas that Housing 21 would welcome further information from the supplier market on and include but are not limited to:
i.Implementation including timescales and resource expectations.
ii.Suggestions for effective Key Performance Indicators
iii.Key areas to be included in Service Level Agreements and a recommended contract duration to achieve best value.
iv.Additional Support options required from us (the buyer) when delivering Broadband Lines.
v.A design for a Pricing Schedule Structure
