Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are keen to further understand where the market stands in terms of an upcoming opportunity for the design, install and operation of a Solar PV Canopy and EV Charging Hub at Drummond Street Car Park, Rotherham, S65 1HP, on a concession contract basis. This Request for Information (RFI) therefore seeks to gather any knowledge and data that potential suppliers can provide in terms of options, structure and project viability.
