Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (the “Trust”) aims to shortly commence a procurement process to establish a framework agreement for Strategic Energy Partner to help achieve the decarbonisation of their estate, with the development of a District Energy Network at St. Thomas' Hospital being the initial project. This pre-market engagement exercise is informing potential bidders who will be able to bring capital and development capabilities to the heat network project.
