The scope of this contract refers to this is between the Authority and the company to provide the market intelligence and fundamental/technical analysis, Risk Management Services and Trade Execution/Reporting. Services that are exempt from this procurement are Fixed Price Fixed Term procurement platforms, Data Management and Validation, RMS Front Office and Trade Authorisation.There are various mandatory clauses for this contract, which includes, but not limited to:a. Supplier will only provide market intelligence services, energy procurement services and risk management services to our customers;b. The supplier will not engage and offer its services to higher and further education establishments; andc. Supplier will not proactively sell its services to other customers and will seek permission from the authority on a case by case basic when approached by other customers.
