Parcelforce Worldwide (PFW) is looking to source a Marketing Automation supplier who can build and provide multi-language, multi-touch programmes involving progressive profiling, dynamic behaviour-based content and integration into other technologies. PFW requires an Eloqua certified partner that can address the internal bandwidth limitations and help to continue to build the necessary automated campaigns into the platform. The supplier also needs to deliver enhanced technical expertise needed to work within Eloqua APIs and enable the programmes to be triggered by information currently residing in the separate Sage CRM system. In addition the Marketing team also need the supplier to provide an advisory role to fully define the programmes that should be initiated, as well as their objectives, detailed plans and measurement. They must operate alongside other PFW partner agencies working on design, copy or social media, and use their knowledge of Eloqua best practice to guide and assist the other partners working to the same strategy.The supplier must therefore understand the challenges facing organisations today and manage the Eloqua development from a practical as well as a strategic perspective. They must be a marketing automation specialist capable of ensuring that the investment in Eloqua is optimised and that the resulting contribution Marketing delivers to the business supporting the Sales and Operational expansion is increased.
