The focus of the marketing campaign for the Wellbeing through Work project is to reach audiences across the Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend area in Wales to contribute to a change in perceptions around ‘work is good for health’ and, also to promote the service available. We plan to launch later this year and take a phased approach to include consistent messages to the targeted employees within the workplace reinforced by influencers, including healthcare professionals, employers, trades unions, government and media. To continue with the targeted marketing approach and progress the wider population based around changing perceptions approach, we need to work alongside specialists in the field to provide us with media planning and buying expertise for Creative and print.The Marketing Services to include:CreativeA creative design service to provide a mix of marketing products including but not limited to:Press adverts, branded merchandise, leaflets and posters, direct mail.A media buying and campaign planning service that provides cost effective media buying that maximizes budgets and delivers a very high level of account management that will contribute towards the strategic marketing development of the service. Provide print solutions for a mix of marketing products including a range of different sizes and formats. Such as multi-page, medium to large format, full and mono colour print, leaflets, posters, folders, brochures and specialist pop-up banners. Including a distribution service for product storage and direct distribution of product to a range of consumers throughout the area above. Providing an online, easy to use, product ordering process for a range of users and the operation of the entire product order fulfilment process with supply of weekly reports.
