New marketing agency model:Our marketing team currently use a number of partners to deliver the marketing strategy and operational plan. We use a range of specialist partners to cover a cross-section of marketing disciplines. However, we now require a more streamlined and flexible agency model that couples quality content generation with the ability to disseminate that content across the right channels, at the right time, to the right customers to deliver real commercial value.Agency Requirements:We are proposing changing our existing agency structure. We will retain PR as a discrete agency due to the specific nature of that marketing discipline but merge the existing direct and digital capabilities to form a single customer engagement capability.This will cover a range of customer engagement capabilities the details of which are covered in our ITT documentation that is available through our e-tendering portal https://in-tendhost.co.uk/business-stream/aspx/HomeYou should register through this portal to participate then register for marketing services. This will then allow you to see the ITT. Once you have expressed your interest you will have access to the ITT and associated documents. If you have any issues the help function on the portal will direct you as required.
