The Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary architecturally-led design team, with demonstrable mixed tenure housing design experience, to develop a comprehensive master plan for 4 sites in Bonymaen, Swansea.Generally the services of the consultant team are envisaged to include:- Architectural design/project lead- Planning/urbanism/place-making- Landscape design/ecology/biodiversity- Civils & structural design (inc. highways & SUDs drainage)- Mechanical & electrical design- QS/cost-consultancy
