The works are the design, construction and a three year maintenance plan (soft landscaping) of public realm improvements to highway verges and footways either side of Maylands Avenue, between Breakspear Way roundabout to the south and Wood Lane End in the north, comprising widened and resurfaced footpaths/cycleway, tree planting, grass seeding, cultivation for shrub planting (by others), the provision of street furniture, replacement street lighting poles and additional lighting.
