This is a call-off contract from the LGPS Pensions Administration Operational Support Services framework agreement for the provision of pensions administration support services.

This will increase NHSBSA capacity to process manual calculations as part of the NHS Pensions McCloud Programme. This is a short-term interim agreement until a longer-term strategy for delivering this requirement for the McCloud Programme is finalised and can then be shared with the market ahead of any procurement activity.
