Bangor University wishes enter into a Measured Term Contract with a suitable contractor to provide electrical and mechanical maintenance services and small works including: reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, an out of hours call out service, and minor projects works up to a single order value of GBP20k.The University will use the JCT Measured Term Contract Form of Contract (2011), the PSA Schedule of Rates for Mechanical Services 2016 and the PSA Schedule of Rates for Electrical Services 2016, as a basis of this contract.
