Renfrewshire Council has a portfolio of approximately 471 laundry appliances located within approximately 125 managed launderettes and sheltered housing complexes throughout Renfrewshire. The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and also to attend to reactive repairs to this equipment as and when instructed by the Contract Administrator.A full description of the required service is to be found within the Statement of Requirements.
