This tendering opportunity is for the provision of mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering consultancy services as part of a framework agreement whereby the Council can let individual contracts for M&E engineering consultancy services for the next 4 years. Successful providers will work under the Council's Architectural Manager, who will act as lead consultant on each project.
