The Clients are: 1.Coin Street Secondary Housing Co-op (CSS) 2.Coin Street Community Builders of 108 Stamford Street, Southbank, London SE1 9NH. The selected Service Provider(s) will enter into Term Collaborative Agreements with The Clients for: A)Commercial Comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime of the M&E assets defined in the buildings and spaces including all modifications, adjustments and change of settings to plant, Refrigeration, Water treatment, Fire Systems, Water Hygiene, Stand by Generators, Suspended Access Equipment B)Domestic Comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regime of the M&E assets defined in the housing properties and spaces similar to A) above C)Domestic Gas and Related Works (including Heating and Ventilation) Comprehensive breakdown service including the supply, replacement and fixing of all appliance component parts (excluding boilers) and annual safety inspection visits to undertake a visual overall systems inspection and service. D)Other Related Services including to Windows and Doors Planned Preventative Maintenance
