Framework Agreement for Mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance at Harlow Civic Centre and Latton Bush Centre. The services include but are not limited to maintenance of chillers, UPS, lightning protection, generators, heating systems, BMS, intruder and fire alarms, water treatment, automatic doors. The Council may, at its sole discretion, call-off additional services for mechanical and electrical services at other non-housing properties included in its commercial portfolio.
