Planned Preventative Maintenance and ad hoc reactive jobs for our office in Birmingham. We are a landlord managed office within a shared building with much of the plant maintained by our landlord. We require serving for the below items and frequencies. o 6 monthly (Feb and Aug) filter inspection/replacement and for 2x Nuaire Mechanical Ventilation Units (MVHR ECO-LP2 Range) o PAT testing (May) approx. 175 items (mainly computer equipment and power points o Fire extinguisher annual (Aug) service for 1x fire blanket, 3x 2kg CO2 and 3x 9l water extinguishers
