Mechanical Major Plant Repairs and Maintenance.

Descriptions

The Mechanical Plant Maintenance and Repairs Contract includes: Responsive Maintenance, Responsive twenty-four hour breakdown call-out service, modification, Periodic Inspections, installations, testing, certification and servicing of the EastendHomes' major mechanical heat raising plant and other mechanical and electrical related installations. The appointed Service Provider will also carry out various safety and servicing tasks within occupied domestic premises.Summary of contract elements:1 General Mechanical Plant [mandatory], 2 Water Services [mandatory], 3 Electrical works [mandatory].4 Fire Defence Equipment [optional ] ,5 Ventilation Communal [optional], 6 Access Equipment and Safety Equipment [optional ], 7 Commercial Air conditioning Systems[optional ], 8 Gas work [optional ].The mandatory elements numbers 1 to 3 must be tendered. The other elements numbers 4 to 8 of the contract are optional but successful demonstration of the ability to deliver all of the additional element numbers 4 to 8 will count towards 10 % of the score of the evaluation.Therefore, unless all elements of the tender are completed fulfilled, the tender will be assessed from a maximum of 90 %. Inappropriate pricing of any of the eight elements will invalidated the whole tender submission.
