Framework Agreement.The agencies will be required to plan, manage and implement all strategic media planning and buying, offline and online. The requirements are sub-divided into 2 lots, comprising:— Lot 1: off-line media buying services and— Lot 2: on-line media buying services.The agencies’ brief will be to drive revenue, build visitor numbers and grow reputation with a focus on RMG’s core offer, which includes 2 charged sites, temporary exhibitions, and an extensive public events Programme. This will incorporate advertising to families, domestic and overseas audiences.The duration of the Framework Agreement is for 2 years, with the option to extend by 1 further year.
