Expressions of Interest are Invited from Suppliers who are able to provide media monitoring and evaluation services.Forestry Commission Wales is awarding a framework agreement for the supply of media monitoring and evaluation services. The framework agreement may also be used by the Countryside Council for Wales and the Environment Agency Wales.1. Media monitoring requirementsBased on a set of key words, media monitoring requirements may include any of the following services:Service 1 – newspaper monitoringService 2 – online monitoringService 3 – environmental trade publication monitoringService 4 – outdoor/lifestyle consumer publication monitoringService 5 – broadcast monitoring Service 6 – Welsh language media monitoring Service 7 – Welsh language broadcast monitoring 2. Media evaluation requirementsBased on the results of the media monitoring, our media evaluation service requirements will include a range of reports that analyse editorial items and broadcast coverage by various criteria.The total value of the contract will be in the region of £78,000 to £108,000. The anticipated commencement date will be 1 April 2011 with completion by 31 March 2014.
