The overall objective of this service is to ensure we have a clear grasp on how the media and stakeholders view the strategic direction of the Welsh Assembly Government. The contract will be used for both continuous media monitoring and ad-hoc monitoring of individual campaigns. The contract will also be used for various aspects of media evaluation. The service is required to be distributed to colleagues across Wales, and therefore the service, where appropriate, will need to be electronic, to ensure key personnel receive their updates in an efficient and relevant manner.Payment terms will be indicated in the contract documents. Tenders to be priced in Sterling. Payment made in Sterling only.
