Descriptions
The Press Office in the Department of Education provides an information service to the media, Ministers and staff of the Department. The office issues press releases and responds to media queries. The office receives daily press clippings from across the media. The Department holds its required NLA and NLI licensing. The Department proposes to select a service that integrates the daily press clippings with a press inbox management system so that they can be tagged to press releases or query responses that issue to enable us to efficiently distribute information to correct recipients and to measure impact. This integrated service must meet the requirements listed in this RFT.
