A new single 3 digit number (105) is being implemented in April 2016 for customers to contact their local Network Operator. If they experience a power cut have associated welfare related issues or encounter an electricity network safety issue. A national customer awareness campaign will run in the months prior to and during Autumn/Winter 2016-2017. A creative agency is being appointed via a separate procurement and will create an identity/brand and design this national awareness campaign.The service required under this procurement is for the media planning and buying associated with the awareness campaign. This will include receipt of the campaign design framework and selected media channels from the creative agency, undertaking the detailed media scheduling, securing the best value deals from the advertising media market place and buying the media space within the set budget.
