The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire wishes to undertake a compliant EU tender exercise to establish a regional Framework Agreement for the purchase of Medical Services in Custody and Sexual Offence Examination for a period of 4 years (for all Lots) from 1.6.2016. The primary requirement is for Nottinghamshire Police and its specific delivery models are included within lots 1-3.Other named forces within the East Midlands may choose to use the Framework Agreement in the future and award call-off contracts via mini-competition under lots 4-6. In respect of lots 1-3 the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire intends to award a single call-off contract or 2 call-off contracts via direct award.
