Descriptions
MEDITE Europe DAC is planning to upgrade its blowline resination application and dosing systems to add the capability to control resin temperature before it is injected into the blowline, improving the systems efficiency, consistency, and reliability. It is proposed to install a modern resin heating system with equipment supplied from an experienced technology provider. The equipment must be a proven technology and conform to best practice design principles and all relevant European legislation.The scope of supply required for this project is as follows:The design, fabrication, and delivery of resin heating equipment for M/UF resin applications systems in Medite as per the Design Criteria and Considerations below.The system shall be complete in all respects with all components, devices, items, systems and equipment incidental to the supply package, and all other goods or materials required to provide a complete operating system, unless such items, equipment or systems are specifically stated as being supplied by others. If equipment required is to be supplied by others the specifications and design parameters should be clearly stated and highlighted.The proposal should also include commissioning supervision and training package complete with expenses.The proposal should include a firm price for equipment supply and the technical information as outlined below in this document. The proposal should also include a separate itemised price for the recommended spare parts holding for the supply.
