Descriptions
Scope includes: (1) Lean Training to “Yellow Belt Standard” Yellow Belt Training must include a suite of problem-solving tools which can be employed in the business and enable participants to apply lean principles in future projects. (2) Lean Training to “Green Belt Standard” Green Belt Practitioner Course must provide the skills necessary to successfully complete DMAIC projects, lead cross functional teams through project and be able to quantify business and financial benefits for the organization and customer. This must be QQI Lean Certified or equivalent. (3) Between MEDITE & SMARTPLY to engage in 30 days of lean training (Tools & Techniques) on either site. Duration full days maximum 8 hours
