Meet the Buyer Event TRAC 11-24 & ADTRAC

The following ESF Funded operations will be jointly hosting a meet the buyer event to provide prospective suppliers with the chance to learn about the projects, and opportunities to get involved.TRAC 11-24 - The TRAC Project targets those young people in schools across the North Wales Region who are displaying aspects of disengagement with their education. As such they are the most vulnerable to becoming NEET (not engaged in employment, education or training). The Project comprises provision and support; the provision element will consist of alternative curriculum provision including bespoke packages, and this will be procured through a Dynamic Purchasing System of Providers. Suppliers can apply to deliver against 16 lots, and TRAC teams will draft mini competition specifications for suppliers to respond to which will be tailored to meet participant need.The project will be running until July 2022. Allproviders will need to comply with the common Safeguarding Legislation and Procedures adopted by the Region for the Project. For further information or for details on how to apply to the DPS please contact regionalTRAC@denbighshire.gov.ukADTRAC 16-24 is a North Wales regional offer which supports young people who are classified as being “NEET” (Not Engaged in Education, Employment or Training[1]), aged 16-24 years old and who face barriers which prevent their pathway transition and progression.In recognition that participants have become disengaged or not had their needs met through mainstream services, the ADTRAC Project seeks to meet their needs by providing customised additional support and more intensive service provision. A part of this offer, some support and training packages can be procured through the ADTRAC Dynamic Purchasing System.Service Providers are able to register to deliver against three Service Lots, thereafter ADTRAC teams will draft tender specifications that are specific and tailored to participant needs.
