The purpose of this tender is to give qualified companies the opportunity to be considered to enter into a contract with Melin Homes to provide a comprehensive heating Installation service in the Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent, Newport, Torfaen and Monmouthshire areas as part of a 3-year grant funded project called Well@Home.
