Mendip District Council intends to enter into a contractual arrangement for the letting and operation of its leisure facilities. The arrangement will take the form of the grant of leases of five leisure facilities, being, Frome Leisure Centre, Shepton Mallet Lido, Strode Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre, Wells Leisure Centre and Tor Sports and Leisure Centre all based in Somerset, UK and a services concession which grants the economic operator the right to exploit the services delivered at the leisure facilities.
