We provide tailored support to help Participants progress in their journey, to deal with their barriers and get into sustainable employment. It is therefore crucial support is accessible and timely. Due to the nature of our delivery, we are seeking Intervention Partners to meet the high demand we are seeing for health and mental health support services. The provision will support Participants to address their barriers enabling them to progress in their journey towards work. Seetec require a provider who can deliver remote national health and mental health support services either on an individual basis or in a group setting of cohorts (up to 12). Seetec staff would be responsible for referring Participants to the provision once a need had been identified. The successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners providing bespoke training and support to participants. The support interventions required include, but are not limited to: (Supplier must be able to deliver at least 2 of 4 services detailed below). - Clinical mental health support to address a wide range of barriers, which could include: anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, wellbeing, sleep, managing stress -Clinical support for physical health concerns such as pain management, addiction support, physiotherapy, nutrition - Specialist support and coaching for participants to support with neurodivergence - Occupational health assessments Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received. Process for application: - Complete the attached MS Forms (https://forms.office.com/e/c1TrGFDMKm) by the closing date. - Complete and submit the attached Rate Card to Procurement@seetec.co.uk by the closing date.
