Descriptions
North Ayrshire Council, on behalf of North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, wish to appoint a Service Provider to deliver a Mental Health and Well-being Link Worker Pilot. The Provider will employ three (3) Mental Health and Well-being Link Workers for GP practices in the Irvine locality area to focus on mental health and well-being. The Project will link closely to the existing infrastructure of Community Connectors across the Partnership as well as the local Primary Care Mental Health Team.
