TUPE will apply to this contract.The Mental Health Carers Support Service has been commissioned as part of a range of support options for carers and service users within Mental Health Services in the Caerphilly County Borough. The Support Service will ensure carers receive a high standard of individualised support to enable them to assist the service user whilst ensuring their personal needs are identified and met. The Support Service will also ensure access for carers and service users to a wide range of interventions, opportunities and activities.The Mental Health Carers Support Service is comprised of three separate service components:·Carers Advocacy Service·Carers Support Worker·Early Intervention ServiceThe Support Service is provided by specialist staff in a variety of settings.Contract period 2 years with a option to extend for up to a further 12 months
