Conwy County Borough Council, Vulnerable People Service is planning to commence a procurement activity (estimated to commence on the 1st October 2015) in respect of one contract for the provision of support services for people with mental health living within the county of Conwy. The Council wishes to work in partnership with a Service Provider or Service Providers to develop high quality services with an ethos of wellbeing and focusing on delivering outcomes for adults with mental health.
