Mental Health Supported Accommodation Services

Descriptions

The service will provide safe, recovery-focused advice and support for people with medium mental health needs, living in one of the four nominated temporary accommodation schemes., through the provision of a package of support agreed between the tenant, Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and the supplier, and delivered over a period of 6 months to 18 months., The successful supplier will provide both care and housing management services. The units are council owned and the supplier will act as the managing agent on behalf of the Council. The supplier will provide high quality housing management practices which must complement the core service delivery and support provided to assist individual service users to maintain their accommodation and develop the skills they require to move on successfully to their independent tenancy.
