Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service are looking to procure services for mental health and wellbeing support and resilience training for officers including;, -one to one counselling/treatment sessions,, -advice to our internal wellbeing team, -training for our internal wellbeing team, -drop in sessions for staff and officers, -provide wellbeing and mental health resilience coping strategies as well as wellbeing and mental health support to Officers, - one to one sessions for officers, -advice and support on cases, We will be holding a market engagement day for suppliers to attend, share their views and hear more about our requirements and our intentions for the procurement.
