Coventry and Warwickshire Co-operative Development Agency (CWCDA) is the lead partner of a local partnership which is delivering the Accelerate project. The contract has been funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund . Accelerate aims to deliver a varied and holistic program of support for people needing help to tackle barriers to employment across Coventry and Warwickshire. CWCDA are looking for a project partner who could support the delivery of Mental Wellbeing Services across Coventry and Warwickshire. www.accelerate.org.uk Many people's mental wellbeing has deteriorated due to the pandemic and successive lockdowns. With factors such as bereavement, furlough and unemployment, loneliness, digital exclusion, and domestic abuse having a negative impact on mental wellbeing. In general, the pandemic has increased stress and uncertainty for much of the population. The successful bidder will be required to provide Mental Wellbeing services in Coventry and Warwickshire. We are looking for an innovative approach that includes a combination of: •One to One general support sessions - maximum 12 sessions per participant •Group activities to identify mental wellbeing concerns. This may include activities to help participants to self-manage low self-esteem and/or anxiety and stress. Delivery will be by a variety of methods including face to face, telephone and video link. A total of £85,000 is available for this contract. The project allows a maximum 15% of total salary costs towards indirect costs (no evidence required) We are looking for an organisation who will be able to begin work no later than 15/11/21 and will deliver until 31/3/23 Applicants will be assessed using the following criteria •Successful track record of working on similar contracts •The extent to which the proposal meets the contract requirements •Value for money All tenders will be scored. Delivery to the specification will contribute towards 65% of the score, 25% towards previous experience and 10% towards Value for money. Tenders should include information about how you would approach the support and your experience delivering similar activity in the past.
