This contract has already been awarded and is being published for transparency purposes. The Buyer is going through a digital transformation programme, which will introduce new services and develop existing ones delivered on a cloud platform, in an agile way. Automation is a priority and ServiceNow is one of the tools that will help deliver that capability. The Buyer also needs to ensure compliance and continuity for the platform, by ensuring that ServiceNow remains patched and up to date. To continue to deliver a product that meets the needs of the Buyer, it is entering into this Call-Off Contract work to enable an agile, iterative way to optimise the Buyer's approach and develop ServiceNow aligning visions and priorities. The Supplier shall provide services focussed on the design and implementation of the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management suite of applications. This contract was signed under the companies previous trading name Unifii Limited.
