Public Health Wales Microbiology Division provides medical microbiology services to a number of communities in Wales. It hosts a range of national and UK reference and specialist units.Public Health Wales wish to source a total of 6 safety cabinets to be delivered and installed conforming to BS EN 5726:2005 into Public Health Wales Containment level 3 laboratory locations.Locations include;•University Hospital Llandough in Cardiff (x4 cabinets)•West Wales General Hospital in Carmarthen (x1 cabinet)•Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor (x1 cabinet)The cabinets will possess generic co-ordination, however each local laboratory will need aspects of the cabinets to be tailored to the surroundings.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
