Companies House is an Executive Agency of the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills with two main functions:•The registration of companies and the filing of company documents as required by relevant legislation, including incorporation of documents, annual returns, and accounts;•The provision of search facilities to allow public access to the company register and filed documents.Companies House currently provides a microfice search product to our customers on a same day/next day service. At present we send out a duplicate of the microfiche and would like to move to a digital image.We are looking for a supplier to assist us in providing this service.The supplier must be able to collect the original microfiche from Companies House on a daily basis and return the following day.The fiche are to be scanned to DVD to provide an image product that can be sent to the customer.
