Please note only one site visit is permitted by each tenderer and this must be before 1st October 2024. Tender Submission Information Required: •Completed Schedule of Works •Completed Form of Tender & Certificate of Non Collusion •Contact details of 2 client references of similar work completed within the last 2 years. •Emailed to jgilbert@ddfire.gov.uk Timescales: Note that the works are planned for the end of the calendar year with a notional 4 week duration, please do feel free to return an alternative Tender with a different duration should you feel the 4 week period is not practical. Estimated Key Dates Fri 13th September 2024 - Tender release date. Tue 1st October 2024 - deadline for any tender queries and site visit Tue 8th October 2024 (noon) - Tender Return Date 8th - 16th October 2024 - Tender Assessment, Clarifications Wed 16th October 2024 - Notification of preferred tenderer Mon 28th October 2024 - Standstill period completes, formal appointment of Contractor Mid November 2024- Commencement on site (this is flexible depending on lead in times required on elements) Mid December 2024 - Completion of works (contract period to be firmed up at appointment stage) Note that responses to tender queries will be communicated to all tenderers by way of a live spreadsheet (with the identities removed).
