There will be 1 DPS agreement divided into specific lots for the provision of Fencing materials to cover requirements across the MoJ Prison Estate in England and Wales. Duration of the DPS agreement: Duration in year(s): 4 years.The MoJ current Framework Agreement for the provision of Fencing materials has expired. The MoJ wishes to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) with multiple service providers. The framework will be available for use by Ministry of Justice in England & Wales and also for use by HM Courts, YJB, Tribunals, Probation Trusts, Home Office and Other Shared Estate Cluster members and their successors.
